


In April 2014 their song " For the Damaged Coda" was used in an episode of the first season of the cartoon Rick and Morty. Simone Pace noted about Brown's involvement that "he has so much experience and definitely dictated the direction of the record the choices of instruments, concept and that it was minimal." In 2009, Blonde Redhead contributed to the AIDS benefit album Dark Was the Night produced by the Red Hot Organization.
